Mr. White is a partner in the Miami office of Groelle & Salmon with extensive litigation and trial experience in both liability and property damage matters. He provides defense representation to both insurance companies and their insured policy holders in insurance coverage disputes and personal liability claims. He has significant experience in personal injury (including wrongful death and medical malpractice cases), and construction defect claims; and in first party property damage disputes. He also represents clients involved in commercial litigation, including contract disputes and complex commercial matters involving insurance contract and coverage litigation.
Mr. White is a native of Western New York, that relocated to South Florida to attend the University of Miami in Coral Gables. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Psychology in 1992, he began his career at the University Of Miami in the field of Information Technology. During his thirteen year tenure in that field at “The U,” Mr. White earned his Masters of Business Administration in Management and Finance from the University Of Miami School Of Business in 2000. Mr. White then resumed his education at the University Of Miami School Of Law, graduating cum laude in 2007. He is also a member of the Phi Delta Phi legal honor society. Mr. White is admitted to practice in all state courts of Florida and New Jersey, and is admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida and for the District of New Jersey.
